Holiday Lettings


It is very important that you read and understand these terms and conditions before using our services. By using our services, you are legally bound to the present conditions and any possible changes that may affect you in the future.

Please note that some apartments have special conditions regarding payment methods, minimum age requirements, check in/checkout hours, behaviour rules, etc.

Our organization acts as an intermediary between the users of our website and the accommodations. By using our services and booking a location, a contractual relation is established between the user/client and the owner of the accommodation.

Sitges Holidays is only responsible for website operations. The website content is provided and updated frequently by the property owners and placed at the disposal of users at no charge.

The property owner is responsible for all possible claims that might be received from the client regarding the accommodation, the operation and quality of his or her services, or the installations (facilities); therefore, clients, in any case, should address their claims to the owner directly.

Use of the services offered on the present Sitges Holidays website implies that the user has accepted the following general conditions.


  1. The user declares that he/she is 18 years or older and has the legal and necessary capacity to contract the services offered as ACCOMMODATIONS.
  2. In order to make a booking, the client must follow the steps marked in the conditions.
  3. All bookings accepted from our website are subjected to each of the particular owner's conditions for each property.


The present terms and conditions have been translated into several languages; however, in the case of a misunderstanding, the Spanish version will be the one imposed.


At the time of booking, the customer must indicate the number of people who will occupy the apartment. It is strictly forbidden to use the property for a higher number of occupants than the limit stated on the reservation. More occupants will be admitted only if the accommodation has the capacity, with the express permission of Sitges Holidays, and after paying the corresponding increase in the rental price.

The rates charged are linked to the capacity of the accommodation, and in any case, is linked to the number of occupants.

Once the client has chosen the accommodation and its availability has been checked and confirmed, a payment of 25% (not refundable) of the total amount of the reserve must be received by bank transfer or PayPal. After paying the amount of the reservation, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing details of the accommodation, as well as the contact person's information. For any doubts, you may also contact us at admin@sitges-holidays.com.

Along with booking confirmation, Sitges Holidays will send you an email containing the information necessary for your arrival. You should contact the appropriate person at a minimum of 3 days in advance of your reservation date to confirm your arrival time.

Upon arrival, the client will pay the contact person the remaining balance in cash plus a breakage warranty deposit (or open voucher), which will be returned maximum 3 days after the end of the rental period, having the rights to discount any possible damages that could have been caused in the property or its furniture. A fee for extra cleaning tasks could also be deducted if the property is left too dirty.

The client will not be allowed to make any kind of works which may mean a modification of the property, unless there is a written permission allowed by the owner.

The electricity expenses and all other expenses of the accommodation like heating or water, will be on behalf of the owner. If the property has air conditioning and it is over used, the electricity expenses could be deducted from the warranty deposit.

Check in time will be after 5 p.m. and check out time will be before 11 a.m.
